Your automation didn't crash.
It just quietly stopped working.

Flowhush alerts you when an n8n, Make, Zapier, cron or AI-agent workflow doesn't run on schedule — or runs but produces empty or invalid output.

How it works

A heartbeat at the end of every run. Silence or bad output means something broke.

Step 1

Create a monitor

Tell us how often the workflow should run and how much slack (grace) to allow. You get a unique ping URL.

Step 2

Ping it at the end of each run

Add one HTTP request as the last step. Optionally POST the run's output so we can check it.

Step 3

Get alerted when it goes quiet

No ping within period + grace, an explicit /fail, or output that fails your rules triggers an alert by email, Slack, Discord or Telegram. You get one alert per incident, plus a recovery notice.

Built for the failures that don't throw errors

The workflow shows "success", but nothing useful happened.

Schedules that stop

A deactivated scenario, an expired credential, a paused Zap, a server that rebooted without its cron.

Empty or broken AI output

Require non-empty output, valid JSON, specific keys (e.g. summary, items.0.id) or forbid phrases like "I'm sorry" or "error".

Runs that start but never finish

Ping /start at the beginning; if the completion ping doesn't arrive within the grace period, we alert.

Setup in under a minute

Copy the snippet for your tool and paste your monitor's ping URL.

n8n — HTTP Request node

Add an HTTP Request node as the last step. To validate AI output, send it as the body.

Method: POST
URL: https://flowhush.com/p/<your-ping-url>
Send Body: on · Body Content Type: JSON
Specify Body: Using JSON
JSON: {{ JSON.stringify($json) }}

On failure: in an Error Trigger workflow (or the node's error output), call https://flowhush.com/p/<your-ping-url>/fail.

Make — HTTP module

Add HTTP → Make a request at the end of the scenario.

URL: https://flowhush.com/p/<your-ping-url>
Method: POST
Body type: Raw · Content type: JSON (application/json)
Request content: {{the output bundle you want checked}}

Add an error-handler route with another HTTP module pointing at https://flowhush.com/p/<your-ping-url>/fail.

Zapier — Webhooks by Zapier

Add a Webhooks by Zapier → POST action as the final step.

URL: https://flowhush.com/p/<your-ping-url>
Payload Type: json
Data: output → (map the field from the previous step)

A GET action with just the URL works too if you only need a heartbeat.

curl / cron / scripts

# heartbeat after a successful run
my-job.sh && curl -fsS -m 10 --retry 3 https://flowhush.com/p/<your-ping-url>

# report start, success or failure explicitly
curl -fsS -m 10 https://flowhush.com/p/<your-ping-url>/start
my-job.sh && curl -fsS -m 10 https://flowhush.com/p/<your-ping-url> \
          || curl -fsS -m 10 https://flowhush.com/p/<your-ping-url>/fail

# send output to be validated (e.g. AI agent JSON)
curl -fsS -m 10 -X POST -H 'Content-Type: application/json' \
     --data-binary @output.json https://flowhush.com/p/<your-ping-url>
